About Monica Parodi Cormier

“Monica Parodi Cormier, “Dietitian Monica” is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 13 years of clinical and functional nutrition experience. She holds a Master of Science in Nutrition and completed her dietetic training at Texas Woman’s University in Denton Texas. Her approach blends evidence-based nutrition with intuitive, soul-aligned healing to support women through all phases of life—from hormone balancing and metabolic health to pregnancy, postpartum, and deep nourishment.

Monica has worked in a range of settings including hospitals, private practice, and integrative clinics, and has additional training in muscle testing, NET (Neuro Emotional Technique), and root-cause medicine. She is especially passionate about supporting women who are navigating burnout, hormonal imbalances, or feeling disconnected from their bodies. Her work is grounded in the belief that sustainable health honors the nervous system, the body’s rhythms, and the healing power of food and nature.

In every session, Monica creates a calm and collaborative space where clients feel seen, supported, and deeply respected. Her mission is to help women return to the wisdom of their bodies while cultivating vitality, peace, and lasting wellbeing.

I personally suffer from "Non-Celiac Gluten Sensitivity" and know how it feels to "do without."
